Inspired by a pink Sicilian sunset, this wine has a light and attractive nose with notes of rose petals, pomegranate and strawberries. The wine is silky smooth, light and fresh with a beautiful finish. Grape Varieties: 100% Syrah. Style: Light and fresh. Region: Sicilia.

Papale Oro Primitivo Di Manduria – Varvaglione – 14%

ruby-red-coloured and its taste is round and soft, reminding scents of mixed berries jam. Its good texture identifies with the local territory and its refined elegance is a distinctive feature. Grape Varieties: 100% Primitivo. Style: Round & soft. Region: Puglia.


Burdese IGT – Planeta – 14.5%

Intense red berry aromas, leathery and mineral notes. Good concentration on the palate, wam and very intense; tannins are still quite dense and firm; long finish, rich aromatic flavours. Perfectly balanced giving a harmonious result. Grape Varieties: 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Cabernet Franc. Style: Full-bodied and elegant. Region: Sicilia.


Barbaresco DOCG, Coste Rubin – Fontanafredda – 14%

Barbaresco is a wine which demands attention and respect: for its prestigious history, which is the result of hard work, but above all on account of the splendid sensations it offers in the glass. It has a brilliant garnet-red colour, while the bouquet is complex, with ethereal, spicy overtones on well-balanced wood, intense vanilla, cooked fruit and cinnamon. Its deep, velvety and well-balanced flavour lingers on the palate, confirming the long ageing process which combines lavish nature with great technical skill. Grape Varieties: 100% Nebbiolo. Brunello Di Montalcino DOCG – Il Poggione – 14.5%

Ruby red in colour with garnet hues and a very intense, lingering and stylish bouquet with small, dark berry fruit notes. The palate is dry, warm, quite smooth and tannic and the aroma is long lasting. Grape Varieties: 100% Sangiovese. Style: Full, complex and intense. Region: Toscana.


Barolo DOCG Sorano – Ascheri – 14.5%

A garnet red colour. Ethereal bouquet, intense tar with a scent of dried flowers and with a mineral note. A rich palate, balance and mature tannins contribute to its harmoney, distinction and intensity. A remarkably classy wine, with an exceptional richness and tipicity. Grape Varieties: 100% Nebbiolo. Bright straw yellow in colour with an intense bouquet of peaches, acacia honey and broom flowers. These characteristics follow through on the palate, with full body, incredible texture. Grape Varieties: 100% Pigato. Style: Dry. Region: Liguria.


Sauvignon Bianco DOC, Ruttars, Collio – Giovanni Puiatti – 12.5%

The single vineyard Ruttars Sauvignon is pale in colour with green hints and is intensely aromatic with the classic aromas of Sauvignon Blanc. On the palate, wonderfully balanced with great concentration. Grape Varieties: 100% Sauvignon Blanc. Style: Aromatic and complex. Region: Friuli Venezia Giulia.


Fiano Di Avelino – Clelia Romano – Colli Di Lapio – 13.5%

Highly aromatic nose of honey, lemon, liquorice and tarragon, plus a saline, brothy character. Strong acidity and concentrated, piquant flavors of citrus rind and minerals give this very impressive yet somehow delicate wine great intensity. Finishes very long and firm. A soft but structured wine, with lively raspberry and stonefruit flavours balanced by clean acidity and supple tannins. Grape Varieties: 100% Merlot. Style: Medium. Region: Sicilia.


Biferno Rosso Riserva DOC – Camillo De Lellis – 13%

Purply red in colour. The bouquet is complex and intense with hints of blackberry. On the palate the wine is velvety and harmonious with pleasant, firm tannins. Grape Varieties: 70% Montepulciano, 15% Trebbiano, 15% Aglianico. Style: Medium-light. Region: Molise.


Valpolicella Classico DOC, Villa Novare – Bertani – 12.5%

Negroamaro Del Salento – Varvaglione – 12.5%

Plumbago Nero D’Avola IGT – Planeta – 13.5%

Abundance of red fruits, plum aromas, ripe blackberry typical of western Sicily. Nero d’Avola blended with scents of cocoa and almost Sacher cake. Soft tannins and roundness characterise the wine. Grape Varieties: 100% Nero D’Avola. Style: Medium. Region: Sicilia.

Gavi Di Gavi DOCG, La Minaia – Nicola Bergaglio – 12.5%

Pale gold in colour with flashes of diamond brilliance. It has a light, fresh, mineral bouquet. The palate is crisp and dry, with a hint of ripe pears and the finish is mouthwateringly refreshing and lengthy. Grape Varieties: 100% Cortese. Style: Very dry. Region: Piemonte.


Alastro IGT – Planeta – 12.5%

Pale straw with hints of green reflections. This is an austere and polite wine with aromas of ripe white peach Etna, followed by sweet, almost white chocolate and meringue flavours and hints of minerality. Grape Varieties: 95% Grecanico, 5% Fiano. Style: Mineral and elegant. Region: Sicilia.
