Where do we begin? Perhaps a bit of family history would be a good start...
Both our families came to London over 60 years ago to find work, mainly with relatives in their Italian restaurants. As the years passed they became more and more involved with the restaurant business, often going in to partnership with family members, and this is how Cosmoba was founded!
60 years on Cosmoba is still going strong - albeit with a new, younger generation (sorry Mum & Dad!!) of the family. We’re still running the business with the same passion and drive for all things Italian and on some occasions you may even find our entire family at Cosmoba meeting up and having a leisurely meal - I apologise in advance for all noise we seem to make but you’re welcome to join in!

My earliest memories as a child were of my mother and grandmother making fresh pasta and I think that’s why I’m so passionate about Italian food. I love the fact that food is a ritual and an inheritance and all of my families tried and trusted recipes have been passed down through the generations - it now falls on my shoulders to make sure I keep up those high standards!
I like to keep the menu simple, seasonal and delicious. After all Italian food is best enjoyed when the emphasis is placed on good quality ingredients put together with passion!

All my life I have had a great passion for Italian food and wine, this passion comes from both my parents who have been involved in Italian restaurants for nearly sixty years.
I get a lot of my inspirations from dishes that my father cooked as a Head Chef.
My vision for Cosmoba is to provide traditional Italian food that I have grown up with, good quality Italian wines and great Italian hospitality.
